Commercial & Residential Development

EAG staff can support commercial and residential development projects by providing comprehensive or “scoped” Environmental Impact Studies (EIS), which are often required by municipalities or Conservation Authorities when developments are taking place adjacent to environmentally sensitive areas.  EAG staff has completed numerous projects of this nature and our knowledge and expertise in this area has ensured that projects move forward in a timely manner and that all potentially negative environmental impacts are addressed and mitigated to the satisfaction of both the owner and the regulators.
